The incredibly nice staff accommodated all our needs. the location was excellent and amazing, just off neighboring shopping areas and the botanical garden. - the hotel is conveniently close to the restaurant and the nearby Bellevue Square mall. - It's a great place to stay in the Bellevue area.

I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive and friendly staff at Sheraton. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One specific situation that stood out to me was when I had a small issue with the thermostat in my room. I called reception and within minutes, a member of the maintenance team arrived at my door to fix it. They were efficient and knowledgeable, and I appreciated their prompt response. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the small size of the room and the lack of a TV remote, I found the overall experience at Sheraton to be positive. The hotel was clean and the location was convenient. The staff's exceptional customer service truly made a difference and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I had a great stay at Sheraton and would be happy to return in the future.
